Job summary

REVUP CONSULTING PTE. LTD. on behalf of a leading bank in Asia invites an experienced Treasury Sales professional to join the Global Markets team. You will collaborate with Private Banking and Wealth Management to deliver tailored treasury and investment solutions for high-net-worth clients.

You will monitor markets, provide advisory across FX, rates, fixed income and structured products, and drive revenue growth while building strong internal relationships to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of FX, derivatives, fixed income and structured investment products.
• Excellent client engagement and relationship management skills, with ability to explain complex financial products.

Responsibilities

• Provide treasury product advisory, pricing and execution support across FX, interest rate derivatives, fixed income and structured products for wealth management clients.
• Partner with Relationship Managers and Private Bankers to identify client opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor financial markets, macroeconomic developments and investment trends to generate actionable trading ideas.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Trading, Product, Risk, Compliance) for seamless execution.
• Drive treasury product penetration and cross-selling while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk policies.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Sales (Wealth Management) professional to join the bank's Global Markets team. The successful candidate will work closely with Private Banking and Wealth Management teams to deliver tailored treasury and investment solutions, drive product penetration and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide treasury product advisory, pricing and execution support across FX, interest rate derivatives, fixed income and structured products for wealth management clients.
2. Partner with Relationship Managers and Private Bankers to identify client opportunities, deliver tailored treasury solutions and drive revenue growth.
3. Monitor financial markets, macroeconomic developments and investment trends to generate actionable trading and hedging ideas.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Trading, Product, Risk and Compliance teams, to ensure seamless transaction execution.
5. Drive treasury product penetration and cross-selling opportunities while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
2. Relevant experience in Treasury Sales, FX Sales, Investment Advisory or Financial Markets, preferably within Private Banking or Wealth Management.
3. Strong knowledge of FX, derivatives, fixed income and structured investment products.
4. Excellent client engagement, communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to explain complex financial products effectively.
5. Strong commercial acumen, market awareness and understanding of regulatory requirements, with relevant CMFAS certifications where applicable.
