Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in production application support environment.
• Ability to read unix logs for debugging and troubleshooting.
• SQL experience is needed to fetch data
• Experience in providing L1 & L2 application technical and functional support
• Excellent team collaboration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible in working in shift timings and over weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical and functional support in production treasury applications.
• Monitoring and resolution of issues in online trade booking applications.
• Resolve service-related issues, manage environments and EOD batch support across shifts (24/7).
• Production support of Java/microservices applications.
