Job summary

You will monitor online trade booking apps, troubleshoot using Unix logs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across shift timings including weekends. Strong SQL skills and experience in Java/microservices are valued.

Qualifications

• 0.5-2 years of production application support experience.
• Ability to read unix logs for debugging and troubleshooting.
• SQL experience to fetch data and support production issues.
• Experience in L1/L2 application technical and functional support.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts including weekends.
