Job summary

Luxoft in Singapore is seeking a junior Production Support Engineer to join our treasury application team. You will provide L1/L2 technical and functional support for a Java/microservices production system, monitor services, and handle morning/night/weekend EOD batch activities in a 24/7 environment.

You should have 0.5–2 years in production support, be able to read Unix logs, possess SQL skills, and communicate well with stakeholders and teammates to ensure smooth operation and rapid incident

Qualifications

0.5–2 years of production support experience.
Ability to read Unix logs for debugging and troubleshooting.
SQL experience is needed to fetch data
Experience in providing L1 & L2 application technical and functional support

Responsibilities

L1 & L2 application technical and functional support in production treasury environment
Monitoring and issue resolution of online trade booking applications
Resolving environment management and EOD batch support in morning/night/weekend shifts- 24/7
Production support of Java/microservices application
