Job summary

RHB Singapore seeks a Manager, Treasury Processing Centre to join our Treasury Operations team. You will oversee end-to-end processing and settlement of Treasury transactions, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Treasury Operations or related function.
• Strong understanding of Treasury products, settlement processes and controls.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance and risk management practices.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and settle Treasury trades accurately and timely.
• Manage day-to-day Treasury operations with strong controls to minimize risk.
• Identify, escalate and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Participate in bank-wide projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments with proper documentation.
• Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports with high data accuracy.
