Job summary

RHB Bank Singapore is seeking a Manager, Treasury Processing Centre to lead end-to-end processing and settlement of Treasury transactions. You will ensure operational excellence, compliance, and strong risk controls while coordinating with internal stakeholders on daily activities and improvements.

The role requires 5–8 years in Treasury Operations or related fields, with a solid grasp of settlement processes and regulatory requirements. A proactive, detail-oriented team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• 5-8 years of experience in Treasury Operations, Treasury Processing, Banking Operations, or related function.
• Strong understanding of Treasury products, settlement processes, and operational controls.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Process and settle all Treasury trades accurately and within stipulated timelines.
• Manage day-to-day Treasury operational activities to ensure efficiency and control.
• Identify, elevate, follow up, and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Participate in bank-wide projects, process improvement, and UAT/BCP activities.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and risk documentation.
