Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Treasury Operations or related banking function.
• Knowledge of treasury settlement processes and controls.
• Strong regulatory awareness and risk management experience.
• Proficient with MS Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end processing and settlement of Treasury transactions, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and risk controls. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to manage daily Treasury activities, support process improvement initiatives, and contribute to the delivery of efficient and seamless Treasury operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end processing and settlement of Treasury transactions, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and risk controls. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to manage daily Treasury activities, support process improvement initiatives, and contribute to the delivery of efficient and seamless Treasury operations.

What You Will Be Doing

• Process and settle all Treasury trades accurately and within stipulated timelines, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and market practices.
• Manage day-to-day Treasury operational activities to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and effective control measures that minimize operational risks and losses.
• Proactively identify, escalation, follow up, and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in bank-wide projects, process improvement initiatives, change requests, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities.
• Support audit, compliance, and operational risk reviews by preparing reports, collating information, and providing relevant documentation.
• Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
• Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills by responding to operational and business queries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain, review, and update operational manuals and procedures to ensure accuracy and readiness for internal publication.
• Ensure strict adherence to the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, particularly in operational and cash-handling practices.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and contribute actively towards achieving departmental goals and objectives.
• Uphold high service standards and promote a culture of customer service excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Treasury Operations, Treasury Processing, Banking Operations, or a related function.
• Strong understanding of Treasury products, settlement processes, and operational controls.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in project participation, UAT testing, process improvement, or change management initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and service-driven team player.
