Job summary

Mizuho Bank Singapore Branch is seeking an experienced Treasury Operations Supervisor to lead the Remittance, Deposits & Treasury Operations back office in Singapore. You will oversee transaction processing, settlements and risk controls within a regulated, global banking environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the treasury back office, including transaction processing, settlements, and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Manage and monitor risk controls related to treasury activities.
Coordinate with front office, IT, and other departments to resolve operational issues.
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Prepare and review reports for management and regulatory purposes.
Train, mentor, and develop team members.
Handle audits and support implementation of new systems or products.
