Job summary

RHB Singapore is seeking a motivated Manager, Treasury Processing Centre to lead end-to-end Treasury processing and settlement. You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance and risk controls, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive process improvements and efficient Treasury services.

The role requires 5–8 years in Treasury Operations with strong understanding of FX products, settlement workflows, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Treasury Operations, Treasury Processing, Banking Operations, or related function.
• Strong understanding of Treasury products, settlement processes, and operational controls.
• Preferred candidate with hands-on exposure supporting Treasury FX Desk activities, particularly in processing, settlement, and operational support for Corporate Banking and Commercial Banking clients.

Responsibilities

• Process and settle all Treasury trades accurately and within stipulated timelines.
• Manage day-to-day Treasury operational activities with efficient controls to minimize risks and losses.
• Identify, elevate, follow up, and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Support audit, compliance, and risk reviews with reporting and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports with data accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain, review, and update operational manuals and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and promote customer service excellence.
