PERSOL Singapore is seeking an experienced Treasury Lead to guide FX, money market, and liquidity management. You will shape treasury strategies, monitor liquidity, and manage funding with banks and financial institutions in Singapore.

You will work with senior management to optimize capital efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires 8–12 years in treasury, FMRP certification, and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifikationen

• 8–12 years of treasury experience.
• FMRP certification is required.
• In-depth knowledge of money markets, FX derivatives, and ALM.

Aufgaben

• Supervise FX, money market, and liquidity management functions in line with financial objectives.
• Develop and implement treasury strategies to optimize liquidity, funding, and balance sheet performance.
• Oversee daily cash positions, liquidity forecasting, and contingency funding planning.
• Lead funding through interbank and wholesale markets and manage relationships with banking counterparts.
• Establish and oversee treasury risk management frameworks including liquidity and market risk.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory liquidity requirements including LCR and NSFR.
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to promote growth and capital efficiency.
• Provide strategic market insights to leadership on funding costs and treasury risks.
• Mentor and develop the treasury team and drive governance and process improvements.
