AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Treasury and Disbursement functions in Singapore.

You will assist with payments, vendor and staff payouts, and daily cash flow management, ensuring proper documentation and controls. The role focuses on maintaining accuracy, improving workflows, and minimizing control weaknesses while enhancing efficiency. Experience with reconciliations and relevant regulatory concepts is valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
Familiarity with key financial accounting and regulatory concepts related to Treasury.

Responsibilities

Assist in payments, vendor and staff payouts, commissions and incentives payouts.
Support daily cash flow management and setup of provisions/accruals.
Maintain proper documentation of processes and controls within Treasury and Disbursement Team.
Improve workflows to minimize control weaknesses and improve accuracy.
Assist in system maintenance (e.g., sub ledgers, chart of accounts, expense categories).
