Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Assistant to support daily disbursement activities, payments, and cash flow management. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of transactions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in accounting or treasury. You’ll help document controls, improve processes, and maintain systems related to expenses and insurance sub-ledgers. Shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in treasury and disbursement tasks, including payments and cash flow management.
• Ensure proper documentation of processes and controls within Treasury and Disbursement Team.
• Actively look to improve workflows to minimize control weaknesses and improve efficiency.
• Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support maintenance of systems related to expenses and sub-ledger accounts.
