You'll design itineraries for Rediscover Singapore and Holidays From Singapore, work with FIT and corporate clients, coordinate with tour guides, and push listings on Trip.com, Tripadvisor, Klook, and GetYourGuide to boost bookings.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for travel and creating great experiences.
• 1-2 years of working experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
• Fluent English.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Design fresh itineraries for Rediscover Singapore and Holidays From Singapore, including group tours to nearby destinations.
• Be the main contact for Rediscover Singapore, serving FIT and corporate clients with customised itineraries.
• Coordinate with customers and tour guides to ensure smooth trips from planning to execution.
• Grow sales on online travel platforms by creating attractive tour packages, optimising listings, and building reviews.

We're a Singapore-based travel company building experiences for travellers exploring Singapore and the region. We run several growing brands, including Rediscover Singapore and Holidays From Singapore, and we're looking for a Travel Product Consultant who loves crafting trips people actually want to take.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both the creative side of travel (designing itineraries, curating experiences) and the commercial side (growing sales across major booking platforms). If you're early in your travel career and want real ownership and room to grow, this is for you.

What you'll do

• Design fresh, interesting itineraries for our websites, Rediscover Singapore and Holidays From Singapore. This involves helping our sales team with group tours to Bintan, Batam, Johor and Desaru.
• Be the main point of contact for Rediscover Singapore, working with both FIT and corporate clients to build customised itineraries around their needs and objectives.
• Coordinate with customers and tour guides to ensure every trip runs smoothly, from planning through to execution.
• Grow our sales on online travel platforms such as Trip.com, Tripadvisor, Klook, and GetYourGuide, by creating attractive tour packages, optimising listings and images, and building up reviews to boost visibility and bookings.

What we're looking for
