Boys’ Town Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee Youth Home (TGH) operations, ensuring trauma-informed care and child safety across programs. You will collaborate with social workers and clinical teams to implement interventions and supervise staff to deliver high-quality residential services.

The role demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and program integrity.

• Experience in mentoring and coaching staff.

Aufgaben

• Assist Manager in duties and cover in absence.
• Collaborate with social workers and clinical team on interventions for residents.
• Maintain fidelity of Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) care model.
• Provide trauma-informed care aligned to development of youths.
• Coordinate operations, provide regular updates to Manager -TGH.
