You will supervise, motivate and engage residents, monitor wellbeing, and collaborate with senior management to implement care programmes within a multi‑disciplinary team.

Boys' Town Residential Services (RS) is a children and young persons home providing residential care for boys between the ages of 10 to 21 in Singapore. RS is a residential home for disadvantaged and disengaged youths with programmes catered exclusively to male residents only. Children and young persons admitted into the residential home are those who are from dysfunctional families and in need of shelter; abused or neglected; in need of care and protection; under family guidance orders; and in conflict with the Law.
To provide close supervision and accountability of residents, ensuring the residents' well‑being is taken care of during the day-to-day interactions.
