Boys' Town in Singapore seeks a dedicated individual to provide close supervision and ensure residents’ well-being in a residential care setting for youths aged 10 to 21. The role requires shift work, including weekends and public holidays, with a focus on safety, discipline, and engagement in daily activities.

You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, coordinating with leadership to maintain programme delivery and administrative duties while supporting residents’ needs and development.

Qualifikationen

• O level/ Nitec/ Diploma required.
• Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Demonstrate emotional maturity and genuine passion for working with young people.
• Display proactiveness in group discussions to enhance services.

Aufgaben

• Provide close supervision and accountability for residents.
• Monitor residents' well-being during day-to-day interactions.
• Be available and accountable for residents' whereabouts when on duty.
• Maintain discipline in accordance with the daily programme.
• Motivate and engage residents in BT daily programme.
• Monitor sick residents' condition regularly.
• Carry out administrative duties (e.g., Duty Officer's reports).
• Ensure Operations Centre is ready for next Duty Officer.
• Collaborate with senior management on portfolios.
