Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is hiring a Youth Work Associate to support youths in an institutional facility focused on community rehabilitation. You will oversee residents, assist during emergencies, and deliver trauma-informed care while ensuring safety and daily living needs are met.

The role requires a Diploma with 2 years of experience and may include night shifts (10:30pm–8:30am) on ad hoc basis. Location is near Buangkok MRT in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 2 years working experience.
• Willingness to perform night shift(10:30pm–8:30am) on adhoc basis when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the residents on a daily basis; manage the welfare, discipline and standards of regimentation in the institution.
• Support the shift during emergency.
• Deliver trauma-informed practices in daily interactions.
• Ensure safety and security of premises, include perform body & property check, carry out security patrols, dormitory checks, and conduct urine test (when necessary)
• Manage and provide care for the daily living needs of the residents in the Hostel.
• Plan and conduct engagement activities in educational and recreational programmes for the residents
• Able to develop positive relationship with the residents.
• Facilitate proactive and restorative circles (attain competence)
• Involve in admission process.Involve in taskforce, to assist and execute tasks required from the taskforce.
