Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking four Youth Care Workers to provide trauma-informed care for female adolescents who have faced abuse or neglect. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive wellness support across personal, emotional, educational, and social needs.

You will work 5 days a week, 44 hours in three shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and you will carry out supervision, crisis response, and therapeutic interventions as outlined in care plans.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth at-risk and trauma-affected individuals.
• Basic counselling and processing skills.
• Knowledge of common trauma-related issues and disorders.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily operational duties and supervise residents in activities.
• Assist residents with day-to-day difficulties ensuring welfare and safety.
• Promote discipline and act as a mentor/role model.
• Assess, respond to crises or conflicts promptly.
• Provide individual therapeutic interventions per care plans.
• Support residents' physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, educational and social needs.
