Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Youth Work Associate for our facility near Buangkok MRT in Singapore. The role involves overseeing residents, maintaining welfare and discipline, and delivering trauma-informed care within a community rehabilitation setting.

Working hours are five days per week with rotating shifts (8:00am–4:00pm and 2:30pm–10:30pm). A diploma with at least two years' experience is required; night shifts may be required on an ad hoc basis.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 2 years working experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residents daily; manage welfare, discipline and regimentation standards.
• Support shifts during emergencies.
• Deliver trauma-informed practices in daily interactions.
• Ensure safety and security of premises; include body & property checks.
• Carry out security patrols, dormitory checks, and urine tests when necessary.
• Manage and provide care for residents' daily living needs in the Hostel.
• Plan and conduct engagement activities in educational and recreational programmes for the residents.
• Able to develop positive relationships with the residents.
• Facilitate proactive and restorative circles (attain competence).
• Involve in admission process.
• Involve in taskforce, to assist and execute tasks required from the taskforce.
