Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Residential Care Worker to support youths in an institutional facility focusing on community rehabilitation. The role involves night shifts and a 4-day work week, with duties spanning welfare, safety, and daily living support.

Responsibilities include trauma-informed interactions, emergency support, and ensuring security across the premises, with urine tests when necessary and taskforce participation as required.

Qualifications

• O Level and above; able to rotate shifts.
• Able to work rotating night shifts.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residents daily, manage welfare, discipline and institutional standards.
• Support the shift during emergencies.
• Deliver trauma-informed interactions.
• Ensure safety including night checks, urine tests when needed.
• Manage daily living needs for residents in the hostel.
• Develop positive relationships with residents.
• Join taskforce to assist and execute tasks.
