Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Youth Work Associate in Singapore to support youths in an institutional facility focused on community rehabilitation. You will oversee daily welfare, discipline, safety, and engagement activities within the hostel setting.

The role requires a Diploma with at least 2 years of working experience, and the ability to perform night shifts (10:30 pm–8:30 am) on an ad-hoc basis. Trauma-informed approaches and strong interpersonal skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 2 years working experience.
• Willingness to perform night shift (10:30pm–8:30am) on adhoc basis when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the residents on a daily basis; manage the welfare, discipline and standards of regimentation in the institution.
• Support the shift during emergency.
• Deliver Trauma-informed practices in daily interactions.
• Ensure safety and security of premises, include perform body & property check, carry out security patrols, dormitory checks, and conduct urine test (when necessary)
• Manage and provide care for the daily living needs of the residents in the Hostel.
• Plan and conduct engagement activities in educational and recreational programmes for the residents
• Able to develop positive relationship with the residents.
• Facilitate proactive and restorative circles (attain competence)
• Involve in admission process.
• Involve in taskforce, to assist and execute tasks required from the taskforce.

Salary

$2600 - $2900 + Shift Allowance
