Job summary

National University of Singapore is seeking an experienced Care Manager for the NUS CARE Unit. You will provide person-centred support to staff and students following traumatic incidents, coordinate access to services, and contribute to prevention and outreach efforts across the university.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in social work, counselling, or psychology, plus 3+ years of relevant experience in case management or crisis support. 1-year contract; on-site at Kent Ridge Campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in social work, counselling, psychology, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant case management or crisis support experience.
• Experience providing trauma-informed support in higher education or large organisations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond sensitively to individuals contacting NCU via phone, email, or walk-ins.
• Conduct intake, assess needs, safety concerns and support requirements.
• Provide trauma-informed case management and ongoing psychosocial support, respecting autonomy and confidentiality.
