Job Description

The University Counselling Services (UCS) (Health and Wellbeing, Office of the President) is responsible for the innovation, implementation and evaluation of health & wellbeing programmes which support the general student population in NUS, as well as specific students who are exposed to acute mentally‑stressful events. As a Case Manager at UCS, you will provide case management support to individual students and work with departmental leaders to enhance students health and wellbeing. You will work with a team that is dynamic, fun, and most of all, passionate about supporting the health and wellbeing of our people.

Candidates should have a background in case management, nursing, psychology or social work (or relevant psychological professional training) and a hunger to explore new ways of enhancing the mental health of our people. Corporate consultative experience in programme management, as well as solid negotiation and communication skills are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, including capacity to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• At least 3 yrs experience working within a mental health or community case management setting
