Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation activities (inbound and outbound and operation activities) to ensure Logistics / Distribution operations meet the customer’s expectation)
• Monitor drivers and operations, and assisting in doing fleet management and route optimization for drivers
• Communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
• Communicate with customer to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
• To tally inventory with Singapore custom record, products inventory and make sure the accuracy between physical stocks and system quantity.
• Support Team work on daily reporting such as inventory report, warehouse and distribution tracking report.
• Assist with daily transportation arrangement.
• Assist in any other duties as required

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management
• Minimum 1 years experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff
• Preferable experience in 3PL and driver management experience
• Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, Excel, SAP and WMS
