Job summary

Survitec Group Limited in Singapore is seeking a Transport Operations Planner to join the Operations Team in Senoko. You will plan daily routes and rosters for technicians and deliveries, oversee drivers, and ensure road safety compliance.

The role manages 5–7 vehicles, maintenance schedules, COE/insurance, fuel cards, and ERP, while supporting the rollout of GPS/TMS fleet tracking software. Diploma with 2+ years in fleet/logistics and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 2+ years in fleet management, dispatch operations, or transport logistics.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence (Class 4 an advantage).
• Familiarity with Singapore roads, routes and expressways.
• Proficient in MS Office and fleet/TMS tracking systems.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

Here at Survitec, we are currently recruiting for a Transport Operations Planner to join our Operations Team based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities for the Transport Operations Planner include but are not limited to:

• Plan daily routes and rosters for technician transfers and product deliveries and handle last-minute schedule changes.
• Oversee in-house drivers, monitor shift adherence, and ensure road safety compliance.
• Manage 5 to 7 vehicles, servicing schedules, inspections, COE/insurance, PSA passes, fuel cards, ERP, and summonses/incidents.
• Support the launch and operational rollout of our new GPS/TMS fleet tracking software.
• Provide hands‑on driving support for urgent product runs and technician transfers during peaks or driver shortages.

About You :

• Minimum Diploma qualification with at least 2 years of hands‑on experience in fleet management, dispatch operations, or transport logistics.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a clean driving record (Class 4 is an added advantage).
• Familiarity with Singapore roads, routes, and expressways.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and computerized fleet/TMS tracking systems.
• Strong operational coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills; able to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
