Job summary

The role requires 8+ years of relevant experience, strong Excel and BI tool expertise, and excellent communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in container shipping industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in BI tools Tableau, Power BI or QlikView.
• Advanced Excel data analysis and visualization skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor long-haul service performance and produce weekly and monthly reports.
• Analyze trade performance metrics including revenue, costs, and efficiency.
• Prepare insights, trends, and improvement opportunities for management.
• Collaborate with Trade, NPD, R&D to identify service enhancements.
• Engage with finance, operations to align goals and actions.
• Automate dashboards and BI reporting for quick access to data.
