Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking a Deputy/Manager to lead governance, risk and compliance for the Transit Ticketing System. You will oversee security, data protection and incident response and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure continuous, compliant operations.

You will drive governance programs, monitor KPIs, manage audits and improve service reliability for commuters, with a focus on safeguarding sensitive data and maintaining system integrity.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in computer science, engineering or information technology, cyber security.
• Experience in managing cyber security and data protection operations and incident management.
• Strong understanding of information security and data protection principles, ISO 27001, PDPA, PCI-DSS Security Standards and cloud security standards.
• Strong incident response, good communication, stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and recommend practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain governance framework for Transit Ticketing System security, risk management and compliance.
• Oversee process, metrics, audit and risk reports to ensure framework effectiveness.
• Enforce cybersecurity and data protection policies aligned with ISO 27001, NIST and PCI-DSS.
• Collaborate with security teams to monitor controls of IT infrastructure and cloud services.
• Establish KPIs on cyber security and data protection; report to senior management.
• Review cybersecurity policy and enforce compliance across teams.
• Support audits and assessments; close audit actions.
• Maintain risk registers and track mitigations for information security and data protection.
• Coordinate with teams to meet security/privacy requirements for transit ticketing system.
• Oversee data protection measures and access controls.
