SYNPULSE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an Associate Partner to lead complex transformations across Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Investment Management.

You will drive business and technology programs centered on core banking and wealth platforms, with emphasis on Avaloq, while expanding the business across Singapore, ASEAN, and APAC. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. The role requires deep domain knowledge, strong leadership, and proven ability to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in private banking, wealth management, or investment management transformations is required.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs with product roadmaps and governance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex transformation initiatives across Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Investment Management domains.
• Drive business and technology transformation programs involving core banking and wealth platforms, particularly Avaloq and related ecosystem platforms.
• Develop and expand the business across Singapore, ASEAN, and broader APAC markets.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients with senior stakeholder relationships.
• Define target operating models, business architecture, and scalable operating frameworks.
• Lead workshops to identify opportunities, gaps, and priorities across people, process, data, and technology.
• Oversee end-to-end product management and delivery governance, including backlog, budgeting, risk, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, operations, and product teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor consultants and delivery teams to strengthen domain expertise in Private Banking and Wealth Management.
• Support proposals, client presentations, and strategic solutioning.
