eames consulting group (singapore) pte. ltd. is assisting a well-established financial institution in Singapore to hire a Lead Digital Business Analyst for the Digital Wealth and Private Banking division. This is a high-visibility role shaping multi-million-dollar digital initiatives across APAC.

You will bridge Regional Product Owners and Tech teams, translate visions into robust requirements, drive Agile delivery, and oversee regional rollouts and testing to ensure seamless deployments.

• Act as the linchpin between Regional Product Owners and Technology delivery squads.
• Translate product visions into executable functional requirements and detailed user stories.
• Lead Agile delivery, backlogs, sprint planning, and feature prioritization based on business impact.
• Assess regional rollout impacts across APAC markets and prepare local teams for cutovers.
• Oversee testing lifecycle and UAT strategy with traceability from vision to deployment.

Job description

We are currently partnering with a well-stablished financial institution here in Singapore to find a Lead Digital Business Analyst for their expanding Digital Wealth and Private Banking division.

This is a highly strategic, high-visibility role. You will be helping to steer a multi-million-dollar portfolio of digital transformation initiatives across the APAC region including rolling out next-generation self-serve equities platforms, overhauling private banking digital journeys, and integrating Gen-AI solutions for high-net-worth clients.

What you’ll be driving:

• The Strategic Bridge: Act as the ultimate linchpin between Regional Product Owners and the Technology delivery squads (Architects, Developers, QA).
• End-to-End Requirements: Translate abstract product visions into rock-solid, executable functional requirements, complex L2 process flows, and highly detailed user stories.
• Agile Delivery & Prioritization: Partner deeply with Product Owners to manage massive backlogs, guide sprint planning, and justify feature prioritization based on business impact.
• Regional Rollout: Assess operational impacts across multiple country markets, ensuring local operations teams are fully equipped and ready for major platform cutovers.
• Quality & Traceability: Oversee the testing lifecycle, driving UAT strategy and ensuring seamless traceability from original vision to final deployment.

• Senior Gravitas: This is a VP-equivalent role. You need exceptional stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional leaders, push back when necessary, and guide offshore technical teams.
