Singapore Academy of Law seeks an administrative professional to support training programmes, workshops and learning activities. You will manage registration, invoicing, LMS setup and on-site event logistics for in-person, virtual and hybrid formats.
Fresh graduates are welcome. Strong organisational and communication skills, plus proficiency in MS Office, are required to deliver high-quality support to participants and trainers.
You will provide administrative and operational support for SAL's training programmes, workshops and other learning activities, including those conducted by Learning & Product Development (LPD) and the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC). You will also support selected POEM-led events as required.
Manage the end-to-end administration of training programmes, including course registration, enrolment, invoicing, payment processing, transfers, cancellations and waitlists.
Submit training programmes for accreditation and manage the related administrative processes.
Manage and respond to enquiries received through programme and training mailboxes, providing timely support to participants, trainers and stakeholders.
Set up and maintain courses, digital learning content, course materials and assessments in learning management systems.
Use training and event management systems, including online event storefronts, to support programme administration and maintain accurate learner and programme records.
Provide on-site support for training programmes, including room set-up, preparation of training materials, attendance-taking and coordination of programme logistics.
Work with internal business units, trainers, vendors and external stakeholders to coordinate and administer training programmes across in-person, virtual and hybrid formats.
Collect and consolidate participant and trainer feedback to support programme evaluation and continuous improvement.
Support the planning and delivery of selected POEM-led events, including seminars, conferences, meetings and other departmental initiatives.
A diploma in any discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well in a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with learning management systems or event registration platforms is an advantage but not required.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Willingness to support occasional extended hours, when required.
