Responsibilities

• Driving complex, fast‑paced, cross‑functional projects from incubation to execution.
• Coordinating across functions—product managers, engineers, and content experts—to plan workflows, track progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions for high‑quality, timely delivery.
• Designing, testing, and optimizing operational workflows—including model training strategies, quality assurance processes, and productivity enhancements—in close collaboration with leads, product managers, and engineers.
• Analyzing operational and model training or performance data to provide actionable insights through reports and presentations to stakeholders, driving future model training directions or adjustments.
• Designing and implementing robust data analysis strategies to systematically evaluate the quality of training and validation sets.
• Leading or supporting cross‑domain operational improvement initiatives to optimize processes, share transferrable learnings, and scale the generation of high‑quality data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical fields.
• 1–2 years of practical experience in multiple programming languages (Python, Java, Go, C, C++), acquired through coding hackathons or past work/internship experience.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities, capable of clearly comprehending and articulating code‑related concepts to the layman.
• Exceptional proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills essential for collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Deep interest in language models, computational thinking, and ability to adapt to a high‑intensity, rapidly evolving work environment with an objective‑driven mindset.
• Familiarity with markup and typesetting languages: HTML, LaTeX, and Markdown.
• Preferred: Winner or runner‑up in regional or internationally recognized coding competitions (e.g., Codeforces, ICPC).
• Preferred: Previous work experience with leading AI/Language Model companies on technical or annotation projects, familiarity with code repository management, version control systems, and full‑stack development concepts.
