Job summary

ST Engineering Training & Simulation Systems PTE. LTD. is seeking an operations professional to ensure the simulation centre runs daily and seamlessly, providing critical training.

You will operate cutting-edge simulators and may join a development team to shape future simulation systems to meet training demands. The role requires leadership to manage staff, meet KPIs, and coordinate with system OEMs in Europe and Singapore for maintenance and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience working on simulation systems will have an advantage.
• Candidate with education, training and instructional certification and experience will have an advantage.
• Preferred candidate to have experience working in RSN ships or at least a Class B pilot qualification,
• Good leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the simulation centre.
• Manage the manpower resources of simulation centre to meet training demands.
• Meet all KPIs for the operation of the simulation centre.
• Lead a team of controllers and maintenance staff in operating the simulation centre.
• Lead project teams in developing future simulation systems to meet training demands.
• Work with system OEMs based in Europe and Singapore for simulation systems maintenance and enhancement.
• Provide regular reports on the simulation centre's operations to the management team.
• Conduct training for learners.
