ST Engineering's Training & Simulation Systems arm seeks a capable leader to operate the simulation centre daily and ensure seamless training delivery. You will manage staffing, monitor KPIs, and drive maintenance alongside OEM partners in Europe and Singapore.
The role also involves guiding project teams to design future simulation systems that meet training needs and delivering regular performance reports to management.

OurTraining & Simulation Systems business has close to 40 years of experience in delivering innovative learning, training, and simulation solutions to customers in the defence, public safety and security, and enterprise domains. We envision to create a better future together through learning, training and simulation.
You will be a key member of the team to ensure the simulation centre is operated daily and seamlessly to provide critical training. In this role, you will be operating the cutting-edge simulators and also have the opportunity to be part of a development team to develop future simulation systems to meet training demands.
