Job summary

Tudip Technologies Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Program Manager - Training Activation to lead end-to-end delivery and activation of training and enablement programs across APJ accounts.

This role blends program management, customer engagement, training operations, and process automation. You will work closely with customers, account teams, trainers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of training programs while continuously improving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of program management, customer success, training enablement, or a related field.
• Experience managing customer-facing training, enablement, or learning programs.
• Strong project and program management skills with stakeholder management.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and delivery of training programs across APJ.
• Coordinate with account teams, customer stakeholders, and trainers.
• Manage training schedules, registrations, communications, and logistics.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve learner experience and automate processes.
