@ASK Training Pte Ltd is seeking an AI in Operations Trainer to deliver practical training on AI-driven business operations and productivity. You will empower adult learners to apply AI tools to streamline processes and support data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities include hands-on training, designing materials, and guiding practical projects across in-person and virtual sessions. Degree and ACTA/ACLP certification are preferred, with experience in automation and governance.

Qualifications

2–5 years of training experience in adult education or AI topics.
3–5 years of operations, administration, or process-improvement with AI exposure.
Experience with business process automation and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

Deliver training in AI applications for business operations and process improvement.
Facilitate hands-on learning using tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and automation platforms.
Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions.
Design and customize course materials based on real-world operational scenarios.
Teach learners how to apply AI for workflow automation, content creation, and administrative efficiency.
Guide learners through practical projects and implementation exercises.
