Job summary

skills & workforce development agency (swda) seeks a Programme Operations professional to support the end-to-end delivery of traineeship programmes such as GRIT and the Mid-Career Pathway. The role covers operations, budget reporting and stakeholder engagement to support attachments and placements.

You will work on budget tracking, data management and KPI reporting, coordinating with programme partners and government agencies to ensure effective delivery and outcomes for participants.

Qualifications

• Understanding of programme management processes and reporting.
• Experience or familiarity with budget tracking and performance monitoring.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and producing regular performance reports tied to KPIs.
• Ability to prepare clear materials for management reporting and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of traineeship programmes and manage programme operations and budgets.
• Review and validate data submissions and translate data into charts for management reporting.
• Engage with government agencies and programme partners to support delivery and reviews.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to respond to queries and monitor KPIs related to placements.
