Job summary

You will support calls, application processing, evaluation support, data tracking, dashboarding, reporting and knowledge management.

This position suits detail-oriented, organised and collaborative professionals who can liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, coordinating and delivering programmes.
• Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with government/agency grant or funding processes (advantage).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and support calls, applications and templates for the innovation programme.
• Coordinate engagement sessions, meetings and timelines with applicants and stakeholders.
• Support evaluation processes and tracking of proposal statuses and outcomes.
• Prepare governance materials, minutes and programme documentation.
