Job summary

marquardbahls is seeking personnel to ensure adherence to HSSEQ rules, participate as an Emergency Response Team member, and operate terminal procedures including tankfarm tasks and berthing/unberthing support.

The role requires completing all HSSEQ training and OCIMF modules, updating logs, and performing basic maintenance while escalating issues to maintenance when necessary.

Qualifications

• Must comply with HSSEQ rules and wear PPE.
• Respond to emergencies as a member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT).
• Maintain Daily Action Plans and daily logs as per procedures.
• Complete HSSEQ training and OCIMF modules as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate terminal per work procedures and daily action plans.
• Update daily checklists and tankfarm/jetty logs.
• Undertake tankfarm tasks: WDO, sampling, tank gauging, line up, and waste water/slop systems.
• Assist berthing/unberthing as Loading Master in ship–shore coordination.
• Perform basic frontline maintenance and escalate issues as needed.

Job description

Ensure compliance with all HSSEQ rules and regulations, including wearing the appropriate PPE and assume CERT role stipulated in the Emergency Response Plan (ERP).

Report all abnormal incidents including faulty equipment through Incident Database or Maintenance Request Form respectively.

Respond to emergencies as an Emergency Response Team (ERT) member

Operate the terminal system according to work procedures by conscientiously carrying out Daily Action Plan, updating the daily checklists, tankfarm or jetty logs. All mandatory training related to HSSEQ, all relevant task evaluations and OCIMF modules should be completed to complement the task above.

Assume tankfarm operator role in performing these tasks independently:

• WDO
• Sampling
• Tank gauging
• System line up
• Operate waste water and slop system
• Pump strainer cleaning
• Line pigging
• Blinding/deblinding

Assume the role of Loading Master in conducting berthing/unberthing of vessels, assist in ship-shore interface coordination and other jetty related function independently.

Perform Basic frontline maintenance activities through equipment troubleshooting. Escalate to maintenance if required
