Qualifications

• A degree-level education is required.
• 6-18 months experience in any client facing or middle office role.
• Interest in financial markets and willingness to learn.
• Self-starting, enthusiastic team-player with high intensity work periods.
• Organized and proactive with calm under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Numeracy and basic MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide Trade and account servicing support on OTC derivatives to global clients by phone, email and web chat.
• Cross-sell products and platforms while delivering excellent client service.
• Offer trading expertise on P&L and margin calculations, order types and charges.
• Deliver execution-only phone dealing services following training.
• Assist clients with technical front-end platform support and chart packages.
• Communicate regulatory, market or IG changes to clients promptly.
• Conduct audit checks and client administration tasks.
• Provide information on ongoing corporate actions affecting clients' accounts.
