Training covers trade execution, P&L concepts, risk awareness, and regulatory updates. The role emphasizes client support, cross-selling, and continuous learning in a dynamic trading environment.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education required.
• 6–18 months experience in a client facing or middle office role (financial services preferred).
• Keen interest in financial markets and ability to learn quickly.
• Self-starting, enthusiastic team-player who can help colleagues during peak times.
• Organized and proactive with calmness under pressure during busy periods.
• Adaptable to changing priorities while maintaining high work standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Strong numeracy and mental arithmetic skills, fundamental for market work.

Responsibilities

• Provide trade and account servicing support on OTC derivatives to global clients via phone, email and web chat.
• Cross-sell products and platforms while championing the client experience.
• Offer trading expertise on P&L, margin calculations, order types and charges.
• Deliver execution-only phone dealing services after training.
• Assist clients with technical support on front-end platforms and chart packages.
• Communicate regulatory or IG-related market updates to clients promptly.
• Conduct audit checks and client administration tasks.
• Provide information on ongoing corporate actions on client accounts.
