Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking a Trainee Dealer in Corporate Sales & Structuring in Singapore. You will work in Global Markets, offering market solutions to Wholesale Banking clients while building trusted relationships and cross-selling across products.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, market awareness, and collaborative work with product teams, with on-the-job training for those new to Global Markets. Undergraduate finance/business or STEM degrees are preferred, and Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance/Business related or STEM.
• Strong numerical and technical aptitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• On-the-job training provided for candidates without Global Markets experience.
• May require PKMC license within 6 months of joining.

Responsibilities

• Provide market solutions across asset classes to Wholesale Banking clients.
• Maintain high standards of client service and build loyalty.
• Collaborate with product partners to market hedging and investment products.
• Stay informed on market events and share insights with clients.
• Develop long-term relationships and cross-sell multi-product solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain integrity.
