Job summary

IG Group, a FTSE 100 fintech, invites you to join its Singapore Trading Services team as a Trainee Sales Trader. You will receive dedicated training to build expertise across stocks, options, futures, FX, and more, while delivering excellent client service to global clients.

You’ll develop platform and account management knowledge, support trade execution, and expand your skills through ongoing learning. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, with Cantonese a plus; hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education is required.
• Experience in client facing roles or middle office is desirable.
• Strong interest in financial markets and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide trade and account servicing support on OTC derivatives to global clients.
• Deliver an execution-only phone dealing service after training.
• Assist clients with front-end platform and chart package issues.
• Communicate regulatory or IG-related changes to clients in a timely manner.
