Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business, psychology or related discipline is required.
• Fresh graduates or internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is expected.
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn about Human Capital partnering.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment support tasks including creating job requisitions and descriptions.
• Support onboarding and boarding processes for employees and interns.
• Partner with HC Business Partners to support daily HR activities and workforce initiatives.
• Help prepare HR reports and dashboards and learn to analyse HR data.

Job Description

The Trainee, Human Capital Business Partner (Corporate) will support the Human Capital team in recruitment, onboarding and boarding, HR reporting, and business partnering activities. This role is designed to provide hands‑on exposure to HR operations and business partnering while developing the skills and knowledge required for a career in Human Capital.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

• Learn and support the recruitment process, including the creation of job requisitions and job descriptions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team on hiring requirements and recruitment progress.
• Assist in tracking open positions and maintaining recruitment records.

Onboarding and Boarding

• Support the onboarding and boarding process for employees and interns.
• Assist with documentation, induction arrangements, system access, and exit procedures.
• Ensure employee records are updated accurately and in a timely manner.

Business Partnering Support

• Work closely with HC Business Partners to support day‑to‑day HR activities and stakeholder requests.
• Assist in manpower planning and workforce‑related initiatives.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR programmes.
• Gain exposure to HR policies, practices, and business needs across corporate functions.

HR Reporting and Analytics

• Assist in preparing HR reports and dashboards, including headcount, recruitment, and attrition reports.
• Support data validation and maintenance of HR records.
• Learn to analyse HR data and provide insights to support workforce planning.

Key Requirements
