Job summary

SATS Ltd. is seeking a data analytics professional to map data sources for catering operations and to design an Operational Excellence dashboard across departments. The role involves working with department heads to embed lean improvements, track KPIs, and promote data-driven decision making.

You will identify trends and opportunities for efficiency through dashboard insights. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, familiarity with process mapping and Lean methodologies, and

• Establish data source mapping for food catering operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish Data source mapping for the food catering operations.
• Collaborate with HODs on KPIs to track and design and implement an Operational Excellence (OE) dashboard that tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments, fostering data transparency and promoting operational discipline throughout the organization. Assess existing workflows using process mapping to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend solutions using lean principles and continuous improvement tools.
• Assist in identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement based on dashboard insights.
