Job summary

Raw Epics in Singapore is seeking a confident, knowledgeable MTB Trail Guide to lead riders through curated routes, ensure safety, and create unforgettable experiences.

You will provide basic coaching, conduct pre-ride briefings, adapt routes to skill levels, and work with coaching and operations teams to deliver seamless rides.

Qualifications

• Strong mountain biking skills across varied terrain.
• Confident navigation and trail knowledge.
• Excellent communication and group management skills.
• Passion for outdoor adventure and community building.
• Knowledge of trail etiquette, safety practices, and environmental responsibility.
• First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage guided MTB rides across various trail networks.
• Ensure rider safety and group control throughout the ride.
