Raw Epics in Singapore is seeking a patient, energetic MTB instructor to teach beginner to advanced riders outdoors, focusing on techniques, safety, and progressive learning.

You will create structured lesson plans, assess rider progress, maintain safety protocols, and collaborate with coaching and guided trip teams. Certification (IMBA/PMBIA Level 1+) is preferred; we offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and access to exclusive ride events.

Qualifications

• IMBA/PMBIA certification (Level 1+ preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong riding ability with passion for teaching.
• Knowledge of trail etiquette, safety and maintenance.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Conduct beginner to advanced MTB skills sessions and clinics.
• Demonstrate and teach proper riding techniques, trail safety, and bike handling.
• Create structured lesson plans suited for varying skill levels.
• Assess rider progress and provide constructive, motivational feedback.
• Maintain safety protocols during all training sessions.
• Collaborate with coaching and guided trip teams to ensure learning outcomes.
