Job summary

Raw Epics in Singapore is seeking a patient, energetic MTB instructor to teach beginner to advanced riders outdoors, focusing on techniques, safety, and progressive learning.

You will create structured lesson plans, assess rider progress, maintain safety protocols, and collaborate with coaching and guided trip teams. Certification (IMBA/PMBIA Level 1+) is preferred; we offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and access to exclusive ride events.

Qualifications

• IMBA/PMBIA certification (Level 1+ preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong riding ability with passion for teaching.
• Knowledge of trail etiquette, safety and maintenance.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

At Raw Epics, our Skills Instructors are the heart of rider development — teaching essential techniques, improving safety, and fueling the passion for mountain biking. We’re looking for a patient, energetic, and certified instructor who thrives outdoors and enjoys helping riders push their limits responsibly.

Requirements

• IMBA, PMBIA, or equivalent MTB Instructor Certification (Level 1 or higher preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong riding ability and a passion for teaching
• Knowledge of trail etiquette, safety, and maintenance
• First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
