Job summary

Raw Epics in Singapore is seeking a Marketing & Media Assistant to craft engaging content and visuals that bring outdoor adventures to life. You will contribute to campaigns, edit photos and videos, and help grow an engaged community around mountain biking and outdoor storytelling.

You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with coaches and guides, and gain exposure across social channels, newsletters, and events to showcase rider experiences and branding efforts.

Qualifications

• Basic photography and videography skills
• Proficiency in editing tools Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut
• Understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Strong creativity and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for mountain biking, outdoor lifestyle or action sports

Responsibilities

• Capture photo and video content during rides, events, and skills sessions
• Edit and produce engaging content for social media and marketing channels
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions
• Manage and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Support content creation for website, newsletters, and event promotions
• Maintain and organize media assets (photos, videos, branding materials)
• Collaborate with coaches and guides to highlight rider experiences
