Job summary

ATT Mobility in Singapore seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to support Backend and Frontend maintenance for Traffic Management subsystems. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, on-site and remote support, and ensuring ISO standards are met.

You will train and guide team members, prepare monthly reports, and assist in tender preparation and documentation. Safety, housekeeping, and timely issue resolution are key priorities in this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance for backend/frontend subsystems.
• Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Proficient in fault finding and diagnosis of system breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Assist Backend Lead to manage maintenance works (PM, CM, calibration).
• Assist Frontend Lead to manage CM works.
• Support backend subsystems maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Provide day-to-day on-site and remote support for workstations and network equipment.
• Follow maintenance schedules and maintain records.
• Perform fault finding and diagnosis of mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
• Maintain records for ISO compliance and reliability analysis.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support.
• Train and guide team members on maintenance processes.
