Job summary

ATT Mobility in Singapore is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to manage and administer maintenance contracts, supervise the PM team, and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure safety and compliance.

The role covers planning, preventive maintenance, incident handling, spare parts control, and on-call support, with focus on equipment reliability, ISO/HSE standards, and timely service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer maintenance contracts.
• Support the Maintenance Manager in supervising the Preventive Maintenance (PM) team, ensuring compliance with safety requirements, overseeing Body-Worn Cameras (BWC), vehicles, and machinery, liaising with internal and external parties, and managing spare parts inventory and other maintenance-related activities.
• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive maintenance activities to ensure system reliability, compliance with maintenance schedules, and optimal equipment performance.
• Review preventive maintenance reports, identify recurring issues and recommend improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Assist in project-related activities including deployment, front-end system setup, installation, testing, and commissioning in accordance with customer technical requirements.
• Liaise and coordinate with technical teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers on maintenance and project implementation activities.
• Handle customer enquiries, service requests, and complaints professionally while ensuring prompt resolution.
• Manage BWC matters and act as a main contact point with client.
• Assist Maintenance Manager in managing spare parts inventory and repair turnaround cycle for maintenance activities, including stock monitoring, replenish, usage tracking, and ensuring the availability of critical spares parts to minimize system downtime.
• Liaise with external party (Interfacing Parties) for PM subsystems related matters.
• Maintain the accuracy of the maintenance records, breakdown history record, spare parts consumption record, and service reports for trend analysis, audits report compliance.
• Proactively monitor, follow up, and close maintenance incidents, issues, and service requests within agreed service levels.
• Be available for on-call support and emergency maintenance response as required.
• Ensure all work standards are compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies, including ISO requirements.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and perform any other operational or maintenance duties assigned by the supervisor.
